Maia Integrated Design, established in 2004, has seen its core business expand from design production and consulting, world-class 3D rendering and animation services to architecture, interior design and construction, urban planning, and management consultancy. We pride ourselves on being able to provide proprietors with one-stop integrated services.

We have made considerable gains in the area of international projects contracting. Through performing projects in China, Vietnam, Middle East, Korea, Maldives, Thailand, The Philippines and Australia, Maia Integrated Design has accumulated rich experience and knowledge of international projects contracting and project management. Maia Integrated Design has established in-depth strategic cooperation at all levels with R & D institutes, production and marketing specialists, distinguished enterprises and design institutions both at home and abroad.

Maia Integrated Design is focussed on building and designing a sustainable future. Displaying the spirit of hard work and creativity, dedication and surpassing expectations, we will continue to strive to create a fresh competitive edge and be an internationally competitive modern enterprise.

We price our services competitively at lower rates than many similar consulting companies. We can do this due to our modern management methods which allow Maia to operate with a minimum number of employees. Our up-to-date office set up, including the latest telecommunication facilities, enables the company to minimise operating expenses and pass the savings onto you, the client.

The design philosophy of "Clean, Simple yet Elegant" is the core value of Maia Integrated Design. In its persistent search for excellence and innovation, Maia Integrated Design maintains its freshness and vitality and is experiencing boundless growth and development.

Maia Integrated Design is a client-centric company, committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in the custom building process at every stage.

We deal directly with both local and international clients, from conceptualising exciting designs and ensuring follow-through with every stage. We pride ourselves on providing a pleasant and rewarding building experience.

Maia Integrated Design believes in building a strong and open relationship with our clients. The Maia Integrated Design team limits the number of projects it takes on each year to ensure a real focus on service and a consistent commitment to excellence.

Our small and dynamic team enjoys the challenges of developing our client's requirements into detailed drawings and realistic renderings. Clients not only get to see their vision come to life on paper, they can critically review all aspects of the design in 3D, and examine costings before building starts.

Step Three: 3D Modelling
Once the services have been agreed to and after receiving the signed contract and 50% pre-payment (preferred payment: via bank transfer), we will finish the modelling prospective drawing within the arranged time.  You will receive a JPG drawing for your inspection, which we will modify if necessary according to your input.

3D Walkthrough (Animation) Service flow:

Step One: Project Discovery and Requirement Outline
E-mail us your design file (CAD drawing, photo or sketches).

Step Two: Timeline, Quotation and Contract Agreement
According to design information provided, we will analyse the design idea, arrange the production time-frame, provide a content of services and advise you of the price in contract form.  Once the services have been agreed to and after receiving the signed contract and 50% pre-payment (preferred payment: via bank transfer), we will begin the production process.

Step Three: 3D Modelling
We will begin our production process with a 3D modelling draft that acts as a base object before construction of 3D solids.  You will receive a 3D model draft for your inspection, which we will modify, if necessary, according to your input.

Step Four: Camera path movie
Once the models are given the “go ahead”, we will prepare a camera path movie draft (wireframe) for your inspection, which we will modify, if necessary, according to your input.

Step Five: Preview Animation Images
Once the final camera path movie (wireframe) is agreed to by the client, we will render preview animation images.  This is a transformation from camera path movie (wireframe) to a virtually realistic representation of the subject with textures, lighting and even animation.  Preview images can include landscaping and people, vehicles for the exterior view, and furniture for interiors. This will give the client a clear image of what the final presentation will look like and so be able to mark their comments on the preview images.

Step Six: Final Rendering
We proceed with final rendering of the animation, once the wireframe and preview images (sent in low resolution) are given the stamp of approval by the client.

Step Seven: Post Production
After rendering is complete, we are left with postproduction tasks like combining scenes, adding background music (in high resolution).

Step Eight: Project Delivery
At this time, final payment will become due. Upon receipt of the payment, the completed project is uploaded on the server from where you can easily download it. A separate online area that is secure is set up for each client. If necessary, file transfer protocol sites can also be set up to access data.
